From the idea to delivery to the Customer

At our newly built plant in Henstedt-Ulzburg, near Hamburg, we develop and manufacture attractively designed packaging solutions from high-quality raw materials.

By combining our many years of  experience and our enjoyment of creative ideas, we design the packaging that is exactly tailored to your requirements.

 

Development

Do you have initial ideas, new specifications or changed requirements for the packaging of your product?

Our packaging development department work in cooperation with our customers to design the best packaging solution. We work with CAD systems including sample and print plotters. Our customers receive samples from the development department that will replicate the finished manufactured product. This enables full evaluation of the packaging and gives an opportunity for fine tuning, before production takes place. This ultimately saves time and reduces errors.

 

Print

We print materials between 300 g/m² and 1200 g/m² on three large-format offset printing machines. The up to 6-colour printed products offer bright colour effects. The result is high-quality printed packaging that also visually represents your goods perfectly.

Die Cutting

On seven die-cutting machines with a maximum working format of 1.4 m², we die-cut unprinted and printed sheets, mostly in grammages up to approx. 1200 g/m², but also with a material thickness of more than 2 mm.

Gluing

Our ten gluing machines glue a wide variety of constructions with an infeed width of up to 1,450 mm. From standard to special gluing: Take a look at our extensive range of packaging types in our product area.

Stock

In addition to development and production, we offer our customers storage capacity. By arrangement, we can store your Hoffmann packaging after production and deliver it on call at short notice. Our customer service has an eye on the ranges and is in close contact with you. We ensure that your packaging arrives at your premises in the required quantity and on time.
