Primary Packaging

Transit Packaging

Packaging made of solid board transports your goods safely. Our tear and puncture resistant Transit packaging is very efficient due to its compactness and guarantees the ideal product protection due to its moisture resistance.

Shelf Ready Packaging

The key principle in Shelf Ready Packaging is "eye line is buy line". If your product is not in this area on the shelf it is essential to create impact. Good SRP's are characterized by good transport protection when shipped ready for sale to retailers. On shelf your goods should develop a sales-promoting effect already in the outer packaging. Our attractively designed shelf packaging ensures this!

We reach our goal with the most different materials and constructions

The packaging requirements determine the choice of the optimal material, which we purchase from selected, long-term suppliers. We use a wide variety of materials, such as cartonboard from 300 g/m² to 500 g/m², solid and compact cardboard from approx. 500 g/m² to 1200 g/m², but also corrugated board in E and F profile.

We print the material in large format offset printing process with up to 6 colors plus varnish finish.

Depending on the packaging application, we can design a wide variety of constructions, such as longside gluing for folding boxes, 3-point folding bottom boxes, 4-point and 6-point erecting boxes, but also a wide range of special glued constructions. Tray or wrap-around blanks for machine erection in the packaging process complete our program.

Moisture Resistance

Stability is one of the most important functions of packaging. Our versatile solid board material is highly resistant to moisture and therefore remains extremely durable and robust in all climatic conditions. We enable the cardboard packaging of your product to provide the highest level of moisture resistance and protection.

Compactness

Space-saving storage and packaging are logistical advantages. It is important for our customers to choose an economically sensible packaging solution. Packaging made of solid board is thinner than comparable outer packaging made of corrugated board and yet has extraordinary strength and durability.

Sustainability

The recycled fiber content of our certified secondary fiber raw materials is 85 to 100 percent. The good recyclability and the fully functioning waste paper raw material cycle are important characteristics of our products. In our entire product manufacturing process, we pay attention to a production that complies with resource-saving basic principles.
